HealthReach offers a full range of wellness programs from weight management to babysitting, from blood pressure control to heart healthy cooking. We provide programs designed specifically for children, seniors, mothers-to-be and people with diabetes. Sherman also offers many American Heart Association and American Red Cross first aid and CPR training courses and several wellness screenings including cholesterol, glucose and body fat.

    Discover why almost 3,000 families choose our Birthing Center each year. This tour is offered two Monday evenings a month.   • Childbirth Class 6-Week Session Sherman Hospital

    6-Week Session held for 6 consecutive evenings at Sherman Hospital. 85.00 per couple. Emphasis is on education and breathing techniques. For questions or to be put on a waiting list, call 224-783-8996. Starting 11-2-2010, classes will be 5 week sessions.
