HealthReach offers a full range of wellness programs from weight management to babysitting, from blood pressure control to heart healthy cooking. We provide programs designed specifically for children, seniors, mothers-to-be and people with diabetes. Sherman also offers many American Heart Association and American Red Cross first aid and CPR training courses and several wellness screenings including cholesterol, glucose and body fat.

  This is a free time to meet with other new moms and babies and have a dialogue with each other, a Mom-Baby Nurse and a Lactation Consultant.
